With nearly 20 years of experience under her belt, Dr. Debbie is a familiar and trusted face in our Chatswood community. A graduate of the University of Otago (Class of 2006), she has dedicated her career to the art of "minimally invasive" dentistry.
Her Philosophy: Nature Knows Best Debbie isn’t just about fixing teeth—she’s about saving them. She is a firm believer in natural tooth preservation, using advanced techniques in remineralisation and preventive care to keep your original smile healthy for a lifetime. Whether she’s working on a complex Invisalign case, a cosmetic transformation, or a routine check-up, her goal is always the same: providing tailored, gentle solutions that prioritise your long-term health.
A Trusted Hand for the Whole Family Known for her compassionate nature, Debbie is the "go-to" for local families. She understands that dental visits can be daunting, so she takes the time to listen, educate, and ensure every patient—from the little ones to the grown-ups—feels completely at ease in her chair.
Life Outside the Practice When she’s not at the clinic, Debbie’s world is beautifully busy! She’s a proud mum to three kids (two energetic boys and a teenage daughter) and shares her home with a very pampered long-haired Chihuahua (Pikachu…). To recharge, Debbie loves settling in for a good movie, enjoying a delicious meal, and—her personal favourite—toasting to a successful week with a chilled glass of champagne.

A proud James Cook University graduate, Dan spent several years serving the Hobart community before the pull of family and friends brought him back home to Chatswood. We are absolutely thrilled to have his warm energy and clinical expertise in the clinic. As a member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (PDS), he is a dedicated dentist of modern dentistry, constantly seeking out the latest techniques to ensure his patients receive the highest standard of care.
The Art of Restoration While Dan enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, he has a particular talent for restorative and cosmetic transformations. He loves the precision involved in rebuilding a smile—whether it’s a single tooth or a full makeover—focusing on results that are as durable as they are beautiful. For Dan, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient regain their confidence and oral health through a perfectly crafted restoration.
A Friendly Face & Gentle Touch Dan believes a dental visit should feel as relaxed as catching up with an old friend over coffee. His calm energy and famously gentle manner are a total game-changer for "dentist-shy" patients of all ages. To ensure every member of our community feels completely at home, he is always happy to switch gears and chat in Mandarin or Hokkien if that makes your experience more comfortable.
The Fishing Chef When he isn’t at the clinic, Dan is at his happiest out on the water. A dedicated fisherman and an even better cook, he loves whipping up elaborate, fresh meals for his partner, friends, and family. On his days off, you’ll likely find him scouting out a new local hidden gem or planning his next relaxing weekend getaway to recharge.

If there is one person who knows our clinic inside and out, it’s Esther. With over 15 years of experience in the dental world, Esther wears many hats—often at the same time! Whether she’s greeting you with a smile at the front desk or ensuring your procedure goes perfectly as a dental assistant, she is the engine that keeps everything running like clockwork.
The Patient’s Best Friend Esther’s mission is to make sure your visit is seamless from start to finish. Her efficiency is matched only by her warmth; she has a unique knack for making every patient feel organised, looked after, and completely at ease. To Esther, professionalism means more than just doing a great job—it means making sure you leave with a smile.
Chill Vibes & Culinary Adventures When she’s not keeping the clinic in tip-top shape, Esther is all about finding her "zen." You’ll often find her hitting the yoga mat, browsing the latest trends while shopping, or taking long, relaxing walks to clear her head. She’s a big believer in the "chill" life and loves nothing more than quality time with her family.
The "Aspiring" Chef Esther is a true foodie who loves a good meal, which has recently inspired a new hobby: learning to cook! While she’ll be the first to laugh and tell you she hasn’t quite mastered the kitchen yet, she’s definitely got the heart (and the appetite) for it. We’re all cheering her on—though we might wait a little longer before asking her to cater the Christmas party!

With over a decade of experience, Carol is a true powerhouse in our clinic. Balancing the high-energy demands of the front desk with the clinical precision of chairside assisting, she is the engine that keeps our days running smoothly. For Carol, multitasking is a way of life that she handles with effortless professionalism and a constant smile.

She understands that a seamless front office and a calm chairside experience go hand-in-hand, and she takes pride in ensuring both are delivered with heart. Life in the "Double" Lane Outside the practice, Carol’s life is a whirlwind of "double trouble!" As a devoted mum to young, mischievous twin boys, she is always on the move. While her duo keeps her on her toes (and occasionally short on sleep!), she brings that same high energy and nurturing spirit to the clinic every morning. Her ability to manage the beautiful chaos of home while providing exceptional patient care makes her an indispensable part of our team.
